• Package the item securely (multiple items may be sent in one package)
• Include your name, address, telephone number and email address on a note inside the package
• Include proof of purchase
• Insure your package if desired and send to:

• Your pen will be repaired (or replaced at our discretion with the same or similar model) at no charge and returned promptly, usually within 5 – 6 weeks
  
  
• Zippo will send you an acknowledgement of receipt for your repair. Please include your email address
  
  
• These instructions do not apply to Zippo Windproof lighters, Zippo Utility Lighters or the BLU lighter. Follow the appropriate instructions.
