Zippo.com utilized two-tiered shipping rates on Standard Shipping depending on the weight and contents of your order.

2nd Day Air Shipping Rates:
- These rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight and contents of your order and your shipping address.

- These rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight and contents of your order and your shipping address.
Shipping Times
After credit card verification and order processing, your order will be shipped from Bradford, Pennsylvania based on the content of your order as listed below.
Standard Shipping:
- Ships in 1-2 business days for stock merchandise
- Ships in 4-5 business days customized product
- Standard shipping orders ship via ground delivery.
- Shipping times are estimates and exceptions may apply.
2nd Day Air Shipping:
- Generally ships in 1-2 business days, some exception may apply.
- Customized and engraved products will ship via 2nd day air but this does not affect the 4-5 business days to manufacture the custom product.
- Please note that due to shipping regulations there are some products that are not eligible to be shipped via air shipping.
- Shipping times are estimates and exceptions may apply.
Next Day Air Shipping:
- Generally ships by next business day, some exceptions may apply.
- Customized and engraved products will ship via next day air AFTER the 4-5 business days needed to manufacture the custom product.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We are closed major holidays including: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
Customized Product Shipping
Customized products, include custom lighters and printed hand warmers require 4-5 days for production. Your customized product and any other product in your order will ship via the shipping method you chose as soon as it is available from the factory. Production times are estimates and exceptions may apply.
Rules
Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed above. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, Zippo reserves the right to hold and/or cancel any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.
Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses. We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates, as well as applicable sales taxes, apply for each delivery address.
International Orders
We are happy to ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside of the U.S.A., please visit the authorized Zippo retailer in your country.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Due to carrier restrictions, all Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fuel. To use your Zippo windproof lighter, fill with genuine Zippo lighter fuel.
Additionally, certain items (such as fuel and butane, Typhoon Matches ,Arc Insert, HeatBank® hand warmers, rechargeable candle lighters, FlameScapes™ fire features, butane insert gift set, and both classic and Slim® lighter gift sets including all-in-one kit) must ship standard ground at $14.95. If your order contains one of these products, expedited shipping is not an available option. Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders, regardless of other promotional offers.
eGift Card Shipping
eGift Cards will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. If your eGift Card order DOES NOT include the purchase of other merchandise your payment will process immediately and you will receive your eGift Card to your email address. If your eGift Card order DOES include the purchase of other merchandise your payment will process and your eGift Card will be emailed once your whole order ships. Please note that if your order includes a customized product, shipment of the entire order, including the eGift Card, will take up to 5 days. (Please note if you wish to receive your eGift Card as quickly as possible it is best to purchase eGift Cards and other merchandise separately.)

Policies
Zippo and Case products are produced with quality and integrity. If you feel the need to return an item you have purchased on this website based on the guidelines below, we will gladly process your return within 30 days from the order ship date.
Merchandise damaged by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned at any time after purchase.
We do not offer free returns.
If you purchased your Zippo or Case product from an authorized Zippo or Case retailer, contact that retailer for details of their return policy. Zippo does not accept returns for merchandise purchased through retail locations.
If the item you are returning has been filled or contains a battery, please contact Consumer Relations at 1-888-442-1932 before returning.
Merchandise returned for credit must be in new, unused condition. To return product for credit, include a copy of your packing slip included in your shipment and the reason for your return. If you do not have your original packing slip, include your order number, name, address, phone, and email so we may contact you with any issues that may arise or use this form and mailing label.

Customized Products
Engraved or customized merchandise CANNOT be returned.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of products, refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order.
Refunds will include product and sales tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
Credit Card Refunds
For credit card refunds, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Check/Money Order Refunds
If you return a product purchased with a check or money order as payment, a check will be issued and mailed to you within two weeks of receipt of returned product.
eGift Card Order Refunds
If you return a product purchased with a Zippo eGift Card the refund will be returned to your eGift Card. If the order was paid for with a Zippo eGift card in combination with a credit/debit card, the credit/debit card will be credited up to the original amount charged. Any remaining credit due will be reimbursed to the eGift Card. You will receive a new email reminding you of your eGift Card balance and Card number.
MERCHANDISE REPLACEMENT & REPAIRS
To return a damaged product, follow the instructions in the repair section.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Zippo will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
