American Flag Lighters
Show your patriotism with these American Flag Zippo windproof lighters. The American Flag Lighters are created using Zippo's various imprint methods; deep carve, color image, lustre, auto engrave, and fusion. These unique designs have been placed on four different lighter cases; armor®, brushed chrome, high polish chrome, and black matte.
All Zippo windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory.
How are they made?
Five different imprints make up this patriotic collection. Can you guess which lighter is which? 1) Lustre: The artwork is etched into the lighter and plated for a permanent mark. 2) Deep Carved: A milling machine accurately engraves deep contoured cuts into an Armor® case. 3) Fusion: Combination of specific pre-determined color palettes with chrome breaks to create an iridescent, metallic look. 4) Auto-engraved: Rotary engrave or diamond cut methods to inscribe an image. 5) Color Image: Ability to imprint multiple spot colors or full color photographic representation.

Any Zippo pocket lighter, when returned to our factory, will be put in first class mechanical condition free of charge, for we have yet to charge a cent for the repair of a Zippo pocket lighter, regardless of age or condition. The finish, however, is not guaranteed.

Case
The American flag lighters have a standard case shape featuring rounded corners and top with a flat bottom. A five-barrel hinge joins the top and the bottom.
Insert
Bottom Stamp
All the Zippo brass lighters have a bottom stamp with Zippo logo from the period authenticating these lighters as genuine Zippo.
Packaging
Unless otherwise stated, every Zippo windproof lighter is packaged in the 'one box', designed to address the growing concern over the depletion of our natural resources. Both the attractive gift box and the cardboard insert are made from renewable materials and are 100% recyclable. The patented 'one box' is attractive, easy to handle, and designed to display more of the lighter than ever.
