ZCM Gift Cards: Terms & Conditions
1. ZCM Gift Cards can be used only for in-person purchases made at the Zippo/Case Museum & Flagship Store, 1932 Zippo Drive, Bradford PA 16701, and are not valid for use on any Zippo website or with any other Zippo purchase from any other seller.
2. Zippo/Case Museum & Flagship Store (ZCM). ZCM Gift Cards can be used to purchase anything offered for sale at the ZCM except ZCM Gift Cards, unless prohibited by applicable law.
3. Multiple ZCM Gift Cards can be used toward your purchase at time of checkout. If the amount of your ZCM Gift Card(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you must pay the balance with a valid credit card or other suitable form of payment.
4. If the amount of your ZCM Gift Card is MORE than the total amount, the balance will be stored with your ZCM Gift Card account, and you can apply it toward your next purchase.
5. ZCM Gift Cards do not expire.
6. ZCM Gift Cards have no dormancy, inactivity, or service fees.
7. ZCM Gift Cards are not transferable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law (and then only to the extent required by law).
8. Zippo has the right to cancel ZCM Gift Card orders obtained fraudulently.
9. No sales tax is charged when buying a ZCM Gift Card, but applicable sales tax will be charged when a Gift Card is used to pay for your purchase.
10. Zippo is not responsible for lost or stolen ZCM Gift Cards.
11. Zippo is not responsible if damage to a ZCM Gift Card prevents usage, transaction or balance activity. Protect your ZCM Gift Card from damage as you would any other card.
12. Zippo is not responsible for inability to process Gift Cards transactions due to service outages from the gift card processor.
13. If merchandise that was purchased with a ZCM Gift Card is returned for credit and approved by Zippo, your refund will be credited to the ZCM Gift Card upon acceptance of the return. If the original order was paid for with a credit card and a ZCM GIft Card, the credit card will be credited first up to the original amount charged, and any remaining credit due will be reimbursed to the ZCM Gift Card, not exceeding the original ZCM Gift Card amount.
14. ZCM Gift Cards are issued by Zippo Manufacturing Company in U.S. Funds.
15. These Terms and Conditions of ZCM Gift Cards are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Your use of the ZCM Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy
Zippo does not collect or retain personally identifiable information specific to the purchase or usage of ZCM Gift Cards. For this reason, if your card is lost, stolen or damaged in a manner that would preclude retrieving balances, Zippo is unable to recreate balance or transaction information.
