The stoic 540 Color design is inspired by a coordinating Case Smooth Natural Bone Trapper, which was created based on input from Case’s proud veteran employees.

These unique designs have been placed on three different lighter cases; black matte, navy blue matte, and street chrome.

The image on this emblem windproof lighter is die struck onto various metal substrates such as brass, aluminum, and pewter.
Color Image
State-of-the-art printing methods allow Zippo to imprint multiple spot colors or full-color photogenic representations.
