Steve Spazuk

Long-time Zippo lighter owner, Steven Spazuk, is a Canadian artist who specializes in the "fumage technique," using fire to create hyper-realistic, yet dream-like drawings. This year, Zippo teamed up with Spazuk to offer several brilliant reproductions of his most remarkable pieces on the surface of a white matte windproof lighter!

All Zippo windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory.

How are they made?

Steven Spazuk, also known as the Fire Artist, creates artwork using the 'fumage' technique. The technique uses flame to create original artwork. From there his designs are imprinted onto white matte lighters using the color imaging process.
